AI IS NOT A THREAT TO WRITERS
Most writers are just bad!
In the world we live — written content is all about organic reach and SEO
A writer writing an article using 20 tools to optimize every letter space comma has basically reduced most written content to new heights of mundaneness — AI can’t make it much worse to be honest
Have you tried googling anything recently?
Top ten this and top 5 that is all you see on every SERP optimized to generate the most affiliate revenue
And AI might as well worsen this problem making it even easier to mass-publish listicles
So what is the solution? Where do we go for original content?
I don’t know the answer yet….but one thing that has worked for me is to start giving newsletters a try
Not for everyone of course, but in my opinion, they oftentimes do a far better job of informing you as a reader while keeping the touch of human emotion and genuine content creation intact
Here are my Top newsletter recommendations for growing professionals:
- The Saturday Solopreneur by Justin Welsh
- The Publish Press by Colin and Samir
- Product Growth by Aakash Gupta
- Behind Product Lines by Aatir Abdul Rauf
- Morning Brew
- 5 Bullet Friday by Tim Ferriss
- The 3–2–1 Newsletter by James Clear
Lastly, be sure to check out Substack
since they are the biggest newsletter platform out there, please support creativity, community building and storytelling 🙌
even though they banned me without reason…..
